All the entrepreneurs gathered in this list are from Europe.

These materials are composed of 100% vegetable fibers and are produced by using agricultural waste products.
Currently, the company where she is the CEO offers a valid alternative to plastic, wood and agglomerates for several applications. In addition, the products are recyclable and have a low carbon footprint.
Mette Lykke is the founder of Too Good To Go.
She was shocked when she found out that more than a third of all food produced in the world is wasted.
For this reason, she created an app that decreases food waste by selling food at discounted prices after working hours. The main business idea is a B2C marketplace for surplus food.
The app is currently operative in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Spain and Italy.
